If you want your dog to learn to retrieve objects from the water, a floating search line is indispensable. This special running leash floats on the water. This allows you to always see where your dog is, even if he disappears into the reeds or bank vegetation. If the leash gets dirty, you can simply clean it under running water. Gentle hand washing with a mild detergent is also possible. Please do not wash it in the washing machine!

Use correctly

For your safety and that of your dog, please always attach the leash to the dog's harness and not to the collar. Like any normal long line, this one is stopped by firmly pressing down on it with your foot. Please do not try to stop the leash with your hands. Even if you are wearing gloves, you could injure yourself.

Since the leash doesn't absorb water, you can easily store it in a dirt-resistant bag after use. Please keep in mind that the leash is specifically designed for use in water. It's lightweight yet strong enough to withstand high tensile forces. However, its surface is not designed for use as a lead rope on land. Therefore, you should avoid dragging the leash along the ground, through bushes, or over uneven terrain.
