Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days. SCADI does not cover the return shipping costs; these are your responsibility as the buyer. We recommend sending the goods back to us as an insured package with tracking and keeping the tracking number and receipt until your return has been fully received and processed.
Should you wish to exchange received goods , please place a new order via www.scadistore.de and return the products you have already received to us.

Please return the product(s) to us as soon as possible.
Returned products must be in their original packaging. Original packaging means: in the same condition as when we sent them to you. All tags and labels must be present and attached. Furthermore, please note that the products must be returned to us undamaged and unused.
Please note that returns of products from the categories of food, grooming products, dog whistles and vouchers are unfortunately not possible.
If, for example, you have tried on a dog harness or coat on your four-legged friend, please make sure that dog hair or other dirt has been removed without damaging the material.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together ;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately ;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items ;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SCADI, Franziska Palmberger, You must inform us (Hafenstraße 7, 25992 List auf Sylt, phone number: +491747495118, email address: mail@scadistore.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or to SCADI • Franziska Palmberger, Keitumer Landstraße 9, 25980 Sylt , without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract . The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
Grounds for exclusion or termination
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
