Shipping conditions

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible (within 1-3 working days) and usually within 24 hours in our store. or packed by hand in our warehouse in Hamburg or on Sylt. This delivery time applies unless other information regarding availability or delivery time is provided on www.scadistore.de, the product or category detail page, or unless we have informed you of a possible delay via email.

We ship exclusively with DHL. Shipping per package in December 2025 (from December 3rd, 2025) is only €1.90, regardless of size and weight. We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €100.

For shipping, we use environmentally friendly packaging materials and boxes. We also reuse the packaging materials and boxes that the manufacturers sent us the products for the store in. This gives them a second life, and we're happy if you find a use for our packaging materials too.
