Cold-pressed linseed oil 250ml

Flax, also known as linseed, is an annual, blue-flowering plant. High-quality oil is pressed from its seeds, the flaxseeds, without heating. Cold-pressed flaxseed oil is particularly beneficial to health due to its high content of omega-3 fatty acids (60%). Flaxseed oil has the highest omega-3 fatty acid content of all oils and an optimal ratio to omega-6 fatty acids.

Our linseed oil, if unopened and stored in a cool place, has a shelf life of at least 5-6 months. Once opened, you should store the linseed oil in the refrigerator and use it within approximately three weeks.

Our linseed oil is grown in Upper Bavaria and pressed in a small oil mill.
